Some of our production processes involve the use of tin and mica, which are high-risk minerals. Although we do not purchase them directly from mines, smelters, or refineries, we take responsibility for how these raw materials are sourced within our supply chain. Accordingly, in line with our policy, the company consciously avoids using tin and mica sourced from conflict-affected regions. We communicate our Responsible Mineral Sourcing Policy to suppliers and expect them to adhere to its principles. Suppliers must submit a mineral origin declaration based on templates developed by the Responsible Minerals Initiative.

Responsible Mineral Sourcing Policy

This document defines key concepts, the scope of applicability, contract terms, and liability for defects and warranties. It also includes provisions requiring suppliers to undergo inspections, audits, or compliance checks and adhere to the Supplier Code of Conduct.

In accordance with this policy, we do not engage in any activities that could be classified as slavery or human trafficking. We do not conduct business with entities knowingly involved in such practices. We continuously monitor geopolitical developments and other factors affecting supply chains. We maintain heightened vigilance in assessing potential risks related to slavery and human trafficking and take immediate corrective actions when necessary. To date, we have not identified any cases of modern slavery or human trafficking within any area of our operations.

Under this policy, TFKable Group's business partners are required to conduct themselves honestly and ethically, complying with applicable laws. Offering or accepting benefits intended to influence the actions or decisions of public officials or other entities is strictly prohibited.
