On 19 November, the 4th edition of the Dzień Strefy took place at the Bydgoszcz University of Science and Technology. The event aimed to promote companies operating within the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone and to create opportunities for direct meetings with students and graduates – potential candidates for roles in the industrial and technology sectors.
The TELE-FONIKA Kable team from Bydgoszcz also took part in the event, presenting career development opportunities within our facility. Our presence at Economic Zone Day aligns with ongoing efforts to strengthen local competencies and attract new talent, particularly in the context of current investments at the Bydgoszcz plant, including infrastructure expansion and the installation of a new CCV tower dedicated to the production of HV and EHV cables.
